My self “Gireesh Rawal” I’m experienced and passionate about fitness ,sports and nutrition, i have also played for the State level four times in volley ball team 1 time kabaddi and districts level sports many times and 3rd place in powerlifting under Bangalore university which was held in year 2018. I actively encourage people to find their fitness and nutrition goals, find their inner athlete & find their personal health and fitness goals. I do personal training, nutrition coaching, and 1-1 consulting. I am also a certified personal Fitness trainer and nutrition My goal is to motivate you to reach your goals in fitness and improve your overall health.
